We are currently
recruiting motivated **In-HouseMarketing professionals** to join our highly successful **Wyndham Vacation Ownership** project in Sedona, AZ.

**Responsibilities/Job Duties:**

+ Responsible for booking ownersand guests staying on property both by phone and face to face to offerthem an opportunity for an owner update with one of our memberservice employees.

+ Welcome guests warmly to theresort and provide them with brief information about the resort, resortactivities and services, and activities in the area.

+ Must maintain above budgetpenetration rate of assigned guests and ensure that the overallpenetration of the site is above budgeted %

+ Must be able to work days, nights,weekends, and holidays.

+ Must be proficient in MicrosoftOffice (excel and word).

+ Must maintain departmentstandards of production and work as a team player.

**M** **inimum Qualifications:**

Qualified candidates
must be outgoing, tenacious, and driven to succeed. This job requires
excellent customer service skills and ability to go above and beyond providing
an outstanding guest experience.

+ Marketing and sales experience a plus

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Possess excellent written and verbal communicationskills

+ Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude andstrong work ethic

+ Detail oriented while having the ability to operateefficiently in a busy environment;

+ Professional and organized

+ Problem solving ability
